Guide
Document Storage
Upload and organize wills, property papers, insurance policies. Secure and private.
What is it?
Document Storage lets you upload important papers—wills, property deeds, insurance policies, tax documents—and keep them in one secure place. Files are encrypted. Max 25MB per file. You can organize by category and add notes.
Your family can access them when they need to, according to the permissions you've set in Family Access.
Why does it matter?
Most people keep important papers in drawers, folders, or different devices. When something happens, families spend weeks searching. Document Storage puts everything in one place.
Digital copies are also safer than paper alone. Fire, flood, or loss—digital backups survive.
How to use it
Upload files one at a time. Supported formats include PDF, images, and common document types. Add a short description so you can find it later.
You can download your documents anytime. They're yours.
Tips
Start with the most critical documents: signed will, property papers, insurance policies.
Keep file names clear. "House_Deed_2023.pdf" is better than "IMG_001.pdf".
