No Physical Shipping
Sort My Legacy is a fully digital platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. All our services—including the self-assessment quiz, financial inventory, will builder, document storage, family access controls, medical directives, and related tools—are delivered entirely online.
Access to the Service is provided immediately upon account creation and subscription activation (where applicable). There are no delivery delays, shipping charges, or physical items to receive.
Digital Delivery
"Delivery" of our Service means access to the platform via sortmylegacy.com. You can access your account from any device with an internet connection. Documents you create (e.g., will drafts, medical directive PDFs) can be downloaded directly from the platform. We do not mail physical copies.
